Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your One Mo Diamond purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, you may return the item under the following terms:

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Item must be unused and unworn, with no signs of wear.
  • All security seals, labels, and tags must remain intact and unremoved.
  • All original certificates and purchase documents must be included.
  • Item must be returned as a complete set with any accessories or packaging.
  • A return authorization code must be requested from our customer support team.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalised jewelry (engraved or resized items).
  • Items with removed, broken, or tampered security seals or tags.
  • Items missing original certificates or documentation.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
  • Returns must be shipped via registered and insured courier (insurance amount must match the item’s full value).
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

  • Returned items will be inspected within 3 business days of receipt.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the original certificate is missing, a re-certification fee may apply or the return may be rejected.
  • Refunds are only issued to the original payer and payment method.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions as above.
